1. For the first step you will want to download Smash Stack, HackMii Installer v1.2, and cIOS(If you don’t have an unzip program get WinRAR). As a sidenote, the Smash Stack download provided is for the North American region.

6. For the next step, reinsert the SD card back into the console, open the Homebrew Channel, and load the cIOS installer. The installer will run and eventually bring you to a settings page (shown below). There will be three settings, the default settings (shown in the first left image) must be changed to the settings in the right image for the initial install (from dx2 v6 -> v10 beta53 and from base 37 -> base 56). After changing the settings, press a to install. Now you must increment the base and slot up by 1 to 57 and 250, respectively, and install again. Now install one last time with the base and slot set to 58 and 251, respectively.

8. Now for the next step, have fun with your newly modded Wii or vWii. I would recommend going to wiibrew.org and downloading any applications you might want in the same way you installed the USB loader.
